The Large-Scale Intelligence and Knowledge research group of the School of Intelligent Science and Technology, Nanjing University (https://www.nju-link.com/zh/) is recruiting multiple interns for a large-model Agent project (open to undergraduates, master’s and PhD students).

🚀 Open Positions
1. Algorithm Engineering Intern (Agent direction)
Nature: Full-time intern | Focus: Core Agent framework development
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the core architecture and implementation of the Agent Pipeline (including task planning, tool invocation, etc.);
- Optimize prompt engineering and workflow orchestration of large models in specific scenarios to improve Agent stability and success rate;
- Research and reproduce state-of-the-art Agent frameworks and techniques (e.g., ReAct, TOT, Multi-Agent).
Qualifications:
- Strong coding skills: Proficient in Python, excellent engineering implementation ability, and good code standards;
- Familiar with large models: Experienced with mainstream large-model APIs and have a deep understanding of models such as Claude, Gmini, Qwen, Kling, etc.;
- Agent thinking: Understand Function Calling/Tool Use principles and be familiar with Agent collaboration frameworks and workflows;
- Other: Good communication, strong responsibility for project work; open-source project or competition experience is a plus.
2. Backend Development Intern
Nature: Part-time intern | Focus: Platform services and architecture
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for backend API design, deployment, and maintenance of the Agent platform to ensure high availability;
- Collaborate with the algorithms and frontend teams to implement streaming outputs from large models, service communication, and related functionality.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in backend development with Python or Go, familiar with frameworks like FastAPI / Flask / Django;
- Familiar with database operations (MySQL/Redis); knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Milvus/Chroma) is a plus;
- Basic Linux ops and Docker container deployment experience.
3. Product / Interaction Design Intern
Nature: Part-time intern | Focus: AIGC productization
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on various Agent platforms, analyze competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, and uncover user needs;
- Define platform features, design user interaction flows (UI/UX), and perform user requirements research for the Agent platform.
Qualifications:
- Highly sensitive to large-model Agent products and experienced with many AI tools;
- Able to translate complex technical logic into simple user experiences (Human-AI Interaction).
